Health & Healing
According to Yoga and Ayurveda (an ancient Indian healing science), health and healing start from within. Good health starts in the mind. We know scientifically that thoughts affect our physiological state. In order to fully heal the body, all negative tendencies must be removed from the mind, so that one can achieve peace and harmony. Yoga and Ayurveda provide holistic healing tools that work on mind, body and spirit. They both guide us to remain positive and relieve stress, in order to experience well-being. When inner peace is attained, every cell in the body experiences a state of health.
